Safety & Emergency Information
In Case of Emergency
Call 911 for all emergencies, including fire, medical emergencies, and crimes in progress.
Fire Safety
- Familiarize yourself with the location of fire exits and extinguishers
- Do not block emergency exits, hallways, or stairways
- If you hear a fire alarm, evacuate the building immediately
- Do not use elevators during a fire evacuation
- Meet at the designated assembly point outside the building
Medical Emergencies
- Call 911 immediately for serious medical emergencies
- Notify staff as soon as possible
- First aid supplies are available on-site — ask staff for location
- Inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies that may be relevant in an emergency
Security
- Keep your keyless entry code confidential — do not share it with non-residents
- Report any suspicious activity to staff or call 911 if you feel unsafe
- Lock your room when you leave
- The premises are monitored 24/7 for your safety
Maintenance Concerns
If you notice a safety hazard (e.g., broken lock, water leak, damaged flooring), report it to staff immediately. Non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted during business hours.
