Safety & Emergency Information

In Case of Emergency

Call 911 for all emergencies, including fire, medical emergencies, and crimes in progress.

Fire Safety

  • Familiarize yourself with the location of fire exits and extinguishers
  • Do not block emergency exits, hallways, or stairways
  • If you hear a fire alarm, evacuate the building immediately
  • Do not use elevators during a fire evacuation
  • Meet at the designated assembly point outside the building

Medical Emergencies

  • Call 911 immediately for serious medical emergencies
  • Notify staff as soon as possible
  • First aid supplies are available on-site — ask staff for location
  • Inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies that may be relevant in an emergency

Security

  • Keep your keyless entry code confidential — do not share it with non-residents
  • Report any suspicious activity to staff or call 911 if you feel unsafe
  • Lock your room when you leave
  • The premises are monitored 24/7 for your safety

Maintenance Concerns

If you notice a safety hazard (e.g., broken lock, water leak, damaged flooring), report it to staff immediately. Non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted during business hours.
