House Rules & Community Guidelines

Our community guidelines are designed to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents.

Substance-Free Environment

All DBH Global LLC properties maintain a strict alcohol and drug-free environment. The use, possession, or distribution of alcohol, illegal drugs, or non-prescribed controlled substances is prohibited.

Safety

No weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises. This includes firearms, knives (beyond standard kitchen utensils), and any other items that could be used as weapons.

Respectful Shared Spaces

• Keep shared areas (kitchen, living room, dining area, bathrooms) clean and tidy after use
• Respect other residents' belongings and personal space
• Report maintenance issues promptly to staff
• Follow posted guidelines for appliance and equipment use

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other residents.

Guest Policy

Guests are welcome during designated visiting hours. All guests must be approved by staff and must follow all community guidelines while on the premises. Overnight guests are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained.

Accountability

Residents are expected to participate in weekly check-ins and engage with the independent living skill program. Violations of community guidelines may result in a meeting with management and, in serious cases, may affect continued residency.
