Your Rights

• Right to a safe, clean, and habitable living environment
• Right to privacy in your personal living space
• Right to be treated with dignity and respect
• Right to access common areas and amenities as described
• Right to submit grievances or feedback without retaliation
• Right to receive reasonable notice before room inspections (except emergencies)
• Right to know and understand all community guidelines and expectations

Your Responsibilities

• Pay rent on time and in full according to your agreement
• Follow all community guidelines and house rules
• Maintain your living space in clean and orderly condition
• Treat staff and fellow residents with respect
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
• Participate in weekly check-ins and skill-building programs
• Provide reasonable notice if you intend to move out
• Refrain from activities that disrupt the community or violate house rules
